About

Brian Wormington is the founder of CloakX Corporation, another in a series of technology companies he has founded for the purpose of marketing a strategic new product. A physicist by training but an engineer in practice, Brian has his feet firmly grounded in the reality of product development.
He designed instrumentation for physics research at LeCroy Corp. (outside of New York City), and later formed a company in Rochester to design a workstation with high-performance graphics. With sales of $15 million, the company was sold to Harris Systems. He returned to LeCroy Corp. to manage a division of 275 employees and $22 million in sales. Since leaving LeCroy in 1992, he was a woodworker and cabinetmaker in the Berkshires, and did some timber framing on the side. Today, in San Francisco, he is working with an experienced team of people on a bold new idea.
